Whole Home Reset

For those ready for a fresh start.

A custom multi-room or whole-home project, usually completed over multiple days or sessions. I will declutter, rearrange, and set up systems across your home, creating flow that supports your family’s routines. As part of the process, I can also coach household members on how to use and maintain the new systems, so the reset truly lasts.

You’ll receive a comprehensive strategy guide covering every space we reset, plus weekly check-ins during the first month and two additional check-ins in the following months. That way, you’re supported long after the big reset.

Whole-Home Resets look different for everyone, so pricing is customized after we chat about your goals.

Listing Prep Reset

·

Starts at $300

Declutter & refresh your home before it hits the market.

Get buyer-ready with a focused reset of key spaces (kitchen, closets, bathrooms, living areas) so your home looks spacious, inviting, and photo-ready. Pricing is based on home size and project scope — custom quote provided after consultation.

Why should I declutter before selling?

A clutter-free home photographs better, feels bigger, and helps buyers picture themselves living there — often leading to faster offers.

What spaces do you focus on?

The ones buyers notice most: kitchens, closets, bathrooms, and main living areas.

How is this different from staging?

Staging usually means renting furniture and décor. Listing Prep Reset works with what you already own — editing, decluttering, and styling so your home feels inviting without the big expense.

How much does it cost?

Most projects fit within my Project Partner ($300) or Home Flow ($400) ranges. Larger homes or more detailed projects may require a custom quote, provided after your consultation.

My Approach

Organizing is personal, and I get that. My job isn’t to toss your stuff or make your home look like a showroom. It’s to help you create spaces that actually work for your family.

Here’s what you can expect when we work together:

  • Respectful & judgment-free — I’ll never throw anything away without your approval.

  • Practical over perfect — no pressure to buy a million bins or make it Instagram-pretty.

  • Tailored to your family — every system is designed for how you live, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

  • Sustainable changes — you’ll get simple tools and follow-up guidance so the calm lasts longer than the session.

At the end of the day, it’s about helping you feel lighter, calmer, and more in control at home — not stressed about what you got rid of.

FAQs

What if I’m not sure which package to book?

No worries — most clients aren’t sure at first! That’s why every project starts with a free consultation. From there, I’ll recommend the package that fits best based on your goals, space, and timeline. If your project ends up being bigger or smaller than expected, we can always adjust as we go — you’ll never be locked into the wrong level.

What if I’m worried something important to me will get lost or thrown away?

I’ll never throw anything away without your approval. My role is to guide you through the process — asking the right questions, giving you options, and helping you make confident decisions. If an item feels important to you, we’ll find a way to either honor it (by displaying, storing, or saving it) or safely set it aside for later. You’re always in control of what stays and what goes.

Do you do more than just decluttering and organizing? What if the issue is my furniture layout or lack of decorating?

Absolutely! Decluttering is often the first step, but sometimes the real stress comes from how a space is set up. If we discover that flow, furniture placement, or decorating is the trigger, I can help with rearranging, styling, or suggesting simple updates to make your home feel calmer and more functional. My focus is always on using what you already have whenever possible — no need for a big budget or full makeover.

You say you’re not The Home Edit, but what if I want the full revamp — shopping, bins, and a totally styled look?

While my focus is on practical, sustainable systems, I can absolutely create a full transformation if that’s what you’re looking for. If you’d like me to shop for products and give your space a polished, styled look, we can build that into your project. Think of it as the best of both worlds — functional systems that work for your family, plus the “wow” factor when you open the door.

Do we need to do anything to prep before you come?

Nope! You don’t need to clean or pre-organize — that’s what I’m here for. If you’d like, you can start setting aside items you already know you want to donate or keep, but it’s not required. The consultation will give us a game plan, and I’ll guide you through the rest.
